Weatherby Healthcare Reviews 2017

Feedback from our customers is incredibly important. That’s why we team up with Inavero to survey our healthcare providers and clients to see how we’re doing.

We’re excited that this year’s results were really strong. We earned 4.5 out of 5 stars in both the client (employer) and talent (job seeker) categories, earning us the Best of Staffing® Award.

One of the things I like most about the survey is that Inavero shares customers’ direct reviews with us. I’ve included a few of them below — both positive and negative.

Reviews from Weatherby Healthcare Physicians

Our people get to know to know our physicians on a very personal level, so it’s not surprising that many of the comments were about individual consultants.

“Dave and Jackie have both been outstanding. I have the best position ever in College Station, Texas, thanks to Dave, and my travel arrangements are always perfect with Jackie. Even with the hurricane in Florida, Jackie made sure I had to place to stay this weekend in Austin, Texas, when the College Station hotels were sold out. You have a fabulous team!”

“My representative, Shari Hoffman, has been perfectly wonderful to work with for a long time. Your entire staff has worked hard for me at every point in this complex process. I know I’ve never had such a fine group to help me!”

“Weatherby is an excellent organization, and during my five years of association I always had wonderful experience with all the personnel involved.”

“Ashley Harrington represents me at Weatherby, and she is punctual with returning my calls, texts, and emails. She does a fine job!”

“Weatherby staff — and my coordinator, Laura Sebekos, especially — are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable when on an assignment.”

Not all of the reviews, however, were shining. Here are some of the negative comments we received.

“Weatherby had no way of knowing how brutal the service was going to be and how inefficient case management was. Things got so busy — often unnecessarily — that I could not even reply to emails.”

“I had significant difficulty with communication about the position prior to my start date. I also had many travel mishaps, i.e., hotels not booked, airfare not booked, etc. Currently I feel my consultant is doing a good job and covering my needs.”

“Overall good service. Unfortunately a few Weatherby physicians backed out at the last minute leaving no coverage.”

Though this negative feedback is tough to hear, it helps us know where we can improve.

Clients had similar feedback to our providers, with the majority of them commenting on their strong relationships with Weatherby representatives.

“I do not work with a lot of outside firms but when I have needed locums assistance Marc Miller and Eric Turner have been professional, helpful and easy to work with during the entire process. I would work with them again no matter what firm they were with.”

“Aileen Andrako provides outstanding service and responds 24/7. Best service of any company I have dealt with.”

“I work with several of your recruiters on several specialties, and they work well with me. It is so much easier to work with one company than to have several companies trying to fill a calendar.”

In full transparency, here are some of the negative reviews.

“This was a psych placement, which has been very difficult. Initially, they did not come up with a candidate. It took the better part of a month and only resulted in one candidate. The previous psych placement was excellent, but also came up with just one. I think the issue is more about the difficulty finding psych physicians than anything Weatherby did.”

“Lack of cooperation of providers regarding documentation and time management; no consequences imposed on the physicians for these infractions.”
