Last week, client-and-employee satisfaction survey company Inavero, Inc., announced its annual Best of Staffing® Award winners for 2014. Weatherby Healthcare is proud and excited to be ranked among the fewer than two percent of all staffing firms in the country earning this extraordinary distinction. The average Best of Staffing Client winners received a score of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 73 percent of their clients and/or job candidates placed in a temporary or permanent position.
This year, Weatherby Healthcare is the recipient of Inavero’s 2014 Best of Staffing Diamond Award presented by CareerBuilder. It is Weatherby Healthcare’s fifth consecutive year making the List—a testimony to our consistently high service-quality scores, giving our company the inaugural Diamond Award distinction within Inavero’s 2014 Best of Staffing Client List.
Through an online survey process of the hospitals, private practices, and clinics we serve, our clients rated their satisfaction with our service offering and client relations. In order to receive the prestigious award, staffing firms must meet the minimum Net Promoter® Score (NPS), determined by calculating survey responses. According to Inavero’s site, winners of the Client Award achieved an average NPS of 67 percent, more than eight times the industry average for staffing and recruiting agencies.
Weatherby Healthcare was not only recognized for exceptional client satisfaction, but also for superior talent satisfaction. This is our third year winning Inavero’s 2014 Best of Staffing Talent Award, which is a direct result of positive feedback from our providers. Winners of the Talent Award achieved an average NPS of 63 percent, double the industry average for staffing and recruiting agencies.
