Sioux City, IA
Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm with 1:3 call rotation
Average 12 cases per day in OR, plus 4-5 outside OR cases
Emergency/trauma hospital with 70% of local ambulance traffic
CRNA in-house 24/7 with varying levels of support
Full scope anesthesia including OB, regional blocks, trauma
EP lab and interventional radiology experience required
Shift options: 7am-3:30pm, 7am-5pm, or 7am-7pm
Pediatric patients (minimum age ~1 year for dental cases)
