Weekend shifts only — Fri – Mon, 10-hour day or 14-hour night shifts
No call, no callback, no holidays scheduled
Average 60 surgical cases per day
Case mix: general 50%, complex vascular 20%, complex orthopedic 20%
CRNA supervision required — up to 3 CRNAs, max 4 at once
Trauma experience required — minimum 2 years post-residency
Spinal, epidural, regional, and ultrasound-guided block placement required
Neurosurgical, complex vascular, and complex orthopedic cases required
