Census grows to 20 – 25 over weekends — 7 – 10 consults per day
Level 1 trauma center — busy hospital setting
Stone care, stents, caths, cystoscopes, torsions — pediatrics included
Open procedures required — comfortable with trauma cases a must
Adrenal surgery, hernia repair, hand assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy
Endourology procedures required
ACLS certification required
