Job quick facts

  • Lufkin, TX
  • 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday, 8 am – 12 pm weekends
  • 2 – 3 admissions per day, 6 – 12 patients daily depending on admissions
  • IRF referrals include CVA, hip fracture, spinal cord compression patients
  • Hospital privileges required
  • ACLS and BLS certification required
