Since joining CHG Healthcare Services in 2007, Heller has held many leadership positions, including president of CHG’s travel nurse division. His vast knowledge, approach to executive leadership, innovative thinking, and passion for excellence have helped shape Weatherby’s growth and expertise in the locum tenens industry.
Michael DePaolis joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2007. With more than 21 years of staffing industry experience, he began his career with our company as a Director in the Cary, North Carolina, office. As a vice president, he is a chief contributor to overall company strategy and operations. Results driven, DePaolis has an easy, natural rapport with people and a passion for helping each person recognize his or her talents and develop their strengths.
Bev Leonard joined Weatherby Healthcare in 1999, bringing an impressive background in clinical settings and healthcare staffing. As a vice president of Weatherby Healthcare, Leonard has developed a reputation for quality, integrity, and innovative thinking, while her team-building acumen and approach to thought leadership has distinguished her as an industry expert and sought-after mentor. Leonard is a certified member of the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and cares deeply about the quality of patient care.
Greg Prine joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2002 as a consultant. A motivational leader with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, he also serves as Ethics Chair for the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations®. As vice president, Prine and his leadership, passion, and insight are essential to the day-to-day operation of our business and accomplishments.
Joining Weatherby Healthcare in January 2016, Luke Woodyard brings with him more than a decade of healthcare staffing industry experience. Prior to his promotion to vice president, Luke served as a senior director of the Pediatrics, Pediatric Subspecialties, and Learning and Development teams. He has been an integral part of their recent successes, though he credits positive employee attitudes and a great leadership team for the achievements.
Warren Wooley joined Weatherby Healthcare in 2012, bringing more than 15 years of experience in executive leadership and organizational dynamics. Additionally, Wooley possesses vast knowledge and expertise in leadership development, risk management, accounting/finance, and IT. In addition to serving as a vice president of Weatherby Healthcare, Wooley is also a Certified Public Accountant. Wooley is committed to our core value of Putting People First and serving the acute staffing needs of our clients through critical thought, integrity, and compassion.
