Job quick facts

  • Edinburg, TX
  • 12-hour shifts from 630 am – 640 pm — 15 shifts monthly with 4-6 shift minimum
  • Level II NICU with up to 25 babies — low acuity Level III occasional coverage
  • Feeder/grower cases, low birth weight, IUGR babies, and basic respiratory support
  • Required skills: intubation, surfactant administration, and ABG draws
  • Additional procedures: lumbar puncture, chest tubes, umbilical lines, and resuscitation
  • PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
  • Board certification required
  • Hospital privileges required
