  • Approximately 10 shifts between January and April
  • Average census of 13 patients, up to 17 – 18
  • Work with neonatologists 8 am – 3 pm, independent practice after hours
  • Babies down to 23 weeks gestation
  • Intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical venous line placement required
  • High-risk delivery attendance and ground transport duties
