  • Kingman, AZ
  • 730 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday with half day Friday
  • Average 30 – 35 on-treatment patients per day
  • Weekly volume includes 6 – 10 consults and 6 – 10 follow-ups
  • IGRT, SBRT, and palliative treatments required
  • Stereotactic prostate treatments with Space OARs preferred
  • SRS experience preferred
  • Tumor board participation on Tuesdays
