    General adult mental health and addiction services in North Island, New Zealand has openings for 3 full-time consult psychiatrists. Mental health services has these opportunities to either explore specialties or generalist consultant psychiatry in general adult, mental health services for older people and infants, and child and adolescent psychiatry. Days and hours can be negotiated.

    Generalist psychiatrist skills are required as participation in an after hours on-call roster is required. The after-hours roster is well supported by skilled and experienced front line clinical staff who work with a cultural team.  
    
    Skills & Experience
    -	Broad clinical experience
    -	Specialist knowledge and broad clinical experience of mental health services for older people and general adult psychiatry
    -	Ability to work professionally and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    -	Commitment to quality and safety in a clinical practice 
    
    6-12 month appointments available
