  • 3 operating rooms — hospital setting
  • CRNAs take first call — minimal physician callback
  • General, ortho, healthy peds 1 yr and up, GI/endo, eyes
  • No cardiac, complex vascular, neuro, OB, or thoracic cases
  • Backup pager call M – Th nights and weekends
  • 2 weeks or more per month — ongoing coverage
