  • ASA 1 – 5 patients, mainly 2 – 4
  • Busy pediatric facility — active NICU and PICU
  • High acuity cases — general surgery, ortho, neuro, spine, transplant
  • Required blocks: caudal, adductor canal, interscalene, ESP, arterial lines
  • Sedation, IR, EP lab, MRI/LPs, ENT, GI endo required
  • Pediatric level I trauma center
