  • La Crosse, WI
  • Night shifts: 7 pm – 7 am — no call outside of shift
  • 6 – 10 shifts per month
  • 10 – 15 patients per day; 3 admissions
  • 100% ICU; inpatient consults possible for ICU transfer
  • Pulmonary BiPAP consults covered during nights
  • Required: ventilation management, bronchoscopy, central line, chest tube
  • Preferred: bronchoscopy w/ BAL, PA catheter insertion
  • 100% adult population — 90% medicine, 10% surgery
