  • ASA 1 – 3 primarily; occasional scheduled ASA 4
  • Ortho, plastics, robotics, urology, gyn-onc, general surgery & more
  • No OB, cardiac, pediatrics, blocks, regional, thoracic, or complex vascular
  • Physicians perform own cases independently — no supervision
  • Spine experience preferred
