  • Fort Wayne, IN
  • Mon – Fri onsite coverage: 7 am – 7 pm; 7 on / 7 off preferred
  • Significant overnight shifts Mon – Fri, 7 pm – 7 am
  • Weekend coverage — 24-hr with approx. 4 hrs onsite, starting 6 am
  • 8 – 10 inpatient patients per shift; 3 admissions per shift
  • Cardiothoracic NP/PA experience required
  • EVH experience required — approx. 500 cases over 10 years for PAs
  • In-house call — 1:3 ratio; includes ER consults and transfers
  • Help train new APPs on EVH procedures
