ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their candidates. On average, job seekers who work with winning agencies are 80% more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those placed by non-winning agencies.
Weatherby’s Net Promoter® Score of 80.5 percent is significantly higher than the industry average of 19 percent, and it demonstrates Weatherby’s desire to go above and beyond for the providers who work with the company.

In the anonymous surveys that determined award winners, the physicians and advanced practice providers who’ve worked with Weatherby weren’t stingy with their compliments.
“The Weatherby representative I’ve been working with for many years now is like having a good doctor or finance person at your side — someone who takes good care of you and assures a good wage for my services,” said one physician who works frequently with Weatherby.

“I’ve been working for/with Weatherby for several years and have found them to be very personable, efficient, hard-working, easy to work with, and responsive,” said another. “They care about their clients and do everything they can to assure seamless transitions, accurate job descriptions, and a very pleasant environment.”
Another physician has enjoyed her experience with Weatherby so much she doesn’t anticipate working anywhere else. “I’m just overall happy with my job and the agency, have no complaints,” she said. “I don’t foresee myself going back to a regular job. I pick my schedule/days I want to work; it allows for a great work/life balance. When I am on a job assignment, I’m all about work. When I’m home, I can be an even better mom and a housewife.”
